Consumer usage instructions:
Pour approximately 5 cm of Best Friend Cattia Eco cat litter in the cat litter tray. Remove solid clumps and excrement daily with a cat litter shovel and add fresh cat litter as needed. Change the cat litter and clean and disinfect the cat litter tray as needed, or at least every few weeks. Store the cat litter in dry conditions at room temperature. Used cat litter can be disposed of in accordance with local waste disposal regulations, either as biowaste or mixed waste. The litter can also be composted but in that case it is not advisable to use the compost as a substrate for cultivated plants due to the bacteria present in cat droppings. Single clumps can be disposed of by flushing down the toilet, but remember to check the local housing company rules first. The litter left in the tray after removal of single clumps may not be disposed of by flushing down the toilet. Sometimes cats can be reluctant to accept a new type of cat litter. In that case, change the cat litter by mixing some of the previously used product with the new Best Friend cat litter in the cat litter tray for about a week. Pregnant women should avoid direct contact with cat faeces and wear protective gloves or a cat litter scoop when cleaning the cat litter tray.
